2: VENDOR CONTRACT AND PRICING
Upon selection of a new technology supplier Go Improve can assist or take the lead role in contract pricing, rate negotiation and provide support within the customer business.
Quoting/rates/contract review
Go Improve will lead the process of reviewing supplier pricing quotations and rates for their services. We can also lead the effort of reviewing contracts from suppliers with our customers. Additionally, we often ‘sit at the table’ with our customers per their request to assist in the negotiation of terms.

We lead the effort in driving to requirements-alignment with potential technology suppliers on behalf of our customers.
3: IMPLEMENTATION LEADERSHIP
After contracts have been reviewed and the technology supplier(s) has (have) been selected Go Improve can take the lead role of executing the implementation of the technology platform. We have deep experience managing technology implementation projects as well as managing 3rd party development teams.
Existing software implementation and deployment
- Project management: assisting the 3rd party team and or taking a lead role as needed.
- 3rd party Integrations: assisting or taking a lead role in executing 3rd party system and data integrations.
- Adjunct business consultation: Go Improve can represent the business, their requirements and how they are vetted against the existing software implementation.
New software development or existing software amendment and deployment
- Product roadmap planning: we can take the lead in developing the product roadmap for the implementation as well as assist or lead the creation of Agile planning with development resources.
- Agile sprint planning: Go Improve can deploy a scrum master to lead teams in the agile sprint planning process facilitating all aspects of the planning process.
- Delivery and release: Providing leadership and management as needed to the delivery and release of new functionality and feature development.
Product Support
Go Improve can provide adjunct product management leadership to our customers who do not have such resources within their organisation.

4: POST IMPLEMENTATION
With the release of the new logistics technology platform Go Improve can continue to support our clients after the go live release. Depending on the needs of the customer we can play a myriad of roles to continue providing leadership and mentorship to both the operational teams and the leadership group.
- Staff Support: Go Improve can assist in building an external team through 3rd party vendors and our own network of colleagues.
- Vendor/Supplier support: we can also lease as needed with the supplier and their teams after the launch establishing future releases and other needed processes.
- Support Desk process and implementation (issue resolution): Go Improve has an established Support Desk process and team who can provider post launch support in remediating issues or needs with the release.
